If you have ever grown squash you know that when you put the seeds in the ground you can hardly wait. And by the time the end of the season you are looking for any and every way to get rid of them and every conceivable recipe to possibly put them in. While surfing the web several years ago I came across this

And the finished result has a flavor reminiscent of pumpkin pie with a lighter milder flavor
